As construction management experts in the commercial construction sector, Strategist’s mission is to support the construction project front game, middle game, and end game diversity and inclusion objectives so that they build successful construction projects and great inclusion stories simultaneously.  With the capability of tracking inclusion objectives as to advertisement, solicitation, commitments, payments, and close out; and the ability to train industry professionals and contractors as to contract compliance matters regarding project specific scope, schedule, costs, and constructibility, our solution support is project specific to further enhance the success rate of the clients we serve.  Strategist provide support to Owners and Contractors at any and all stages whether it’s pre-construction, construction operations, close out, or post project diversity audit of construction projects.
