OWNER REPRESENTATIVE 

We advocate for the owner/client and provide reports that communicates the actual activities as to budget, cost, schedule, safety, quality, change orders, outstanding inquiries, and provide executive summary and narrative explaining issues, concerns, and future developments.  The reports are prepared to address progress, accountability, and overall performance on the project.
